The actual church depicted in ‘The Church At Auvers’ is in Place de l’Eglise, Auvers-sur-Oise, France, northwest of Paris. Painted in 1890 with an original measurement of 74 cm × 94 cm (37″× 29″) which now hangs in the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, France.
Their is a picture of the original church as it stands today, little has changed from the 1890 depiction apart from the footpath. Several paintings were created by Vincent Van Gogh of the northern landscapes to capture his memories of his childhood and youth.
