Product Description

Claude Monet’s famous oil painting of the

Garden Path At Giverny

Claude Monet’s – Garden Path At Giverny was originally created around 1902.  12 years prior in 1890 Monet made enough money from the sales of his pictures to buy a house in Giverny.  (North west of Paris).  Soon after improvements were made to the garden,  Monet also created a pond by damming a stream which ran into the River Epte. He had a bridge built over the pond `in Japanese taste’ and his first paintings of the water-lily-garden in a series.
